And you know it will be exciting in a few weeks (yeahhhh, Chicago!!!), but at the moment it’s finals, you’re sick, everyone is studying (you should be studying…), you have an intensive two-week class starting in three days… and, quite frankly, you just want to leave the Bubble.
Can you tell that I’m excited for summer?
Raleigh. Chicago. New Orleans.
I won’t be home until August.
But finally, a chance to live in intentional community, explore a new city, have conversations about faith and social justice, and just be present to the needs and lives of others.
I’m so incredibly excited and blessed for what’s in store this summer.
I just need to get through (and enjoy…) these next three weeks.
You can read more about what I’ll be doing here.
As for those of you taking finals in the next couple of days (yay, college students!), here is a reassuring song from a band of Christian anarchists (yes, those two words were just placed together).
Don’t forget to sleep!
